Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Custom Development Projects
Due to the bespoke nature of software and web development services, payments allocated to completed and approved milestones are non-refundable. If a project is cancelled prior to milestone completion, clients are only billed for documented hours and deliverables completed to date.
2. Digital Marketing & Retainers
Monthly digital marketing retainers (SEO, Social Media, Google Ads management) can be paused or cancelled with a 14-day written notice prior to the next billing cycle. Ad spend paid directly to third-party ad networks (Google, Meta) is non-refundable by IT Solution Mart.
3. Post-Launch Warranty
All custom development projects include a 30-to-90 day bug-fix warranty following deployment. Any defects or technical issues identified within this period are resolved at no additional cost.
